Hosted by Manisa Celal Bayar University, the Gençlerle 360° 11th International Student Congress, organized under the main theme “Managing the Future: Digital Transformation, Green Economy and Sustainable Development,” was successfully held on 27–28 November 2025. The two-day congress provided a dynamic platform where students and young researchers from five different countries came together to discuss current economic, social, environmental and technological issues.

On the first day of the congress, the opening panel titled “The Green Deal, Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism and the Future of Green Transformation in Türkiye” attracted great interest; within the panel, perspectives on green transformation, climate policies and sustainable development were addressed in a multidimensional way. Throughout the day, eight face-to-face paper sessions were held in different halls, featuring presentations on topics such as digital transformation, public administration, green economy, gender, international relations, digital labour and sustainable development.

On the second day, three online sessions were held via Microsoft Teams with international participation. In this way, studies carried out in areas such as digital finance, artificial intelligence, sustainable finance, regional development and environmental economics were opened to discussion in an online environment. Within the scope of the congress programme, a total of 52 papers were presented across face-to-face and online sessions.

The Gençlerle 360° 11th International Student Congress contributed to bringing together students from different countries to create a common ground for discussion around digital transformation, the green economy and sustainability, to share interdisciplinary perspectives and to foster new academic collaborations.
